What is EchoLog?
EchoLog is an AI-powered evidence documentation platform that helps you create court-ready documentation for custody cases, workplace issues, landlord disputes, and other legal matters.
How do I create my first entry?
After signing up, go to your Dashboard and click 'New Entry'. You can type or use voice recording. Our AI will automatically extract facts, identify gaps, and generate a structured summary.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use military-grade encryption (AES-256), secure data centers, and comply with GDPR/CCPA. We also offer Quick Exit, PIN lock, and camouflage mode for extra security.

How does the AI analysis work?
Our AI uses a 4-step pipeline: (1) Fact extraction with Claude, (2) Classification with GPT-4, (3) Gap detection to identify missing info, (4) Summary generation. This ensures accurate, court-ready documentation.
What is the Witness System?
The Witness System lets you invite third parties to verify your entries. Witnesses receive an email link and can confirm what they saw without creating an account. This adds legal weight to your documentation.
What is Chain of Custody?
Every entry gets a SHA-256 cryptographic hash and immutable timestamp. This proves your documentation wasn't altered after creation—crucial for court admissibility.
How does voice recording work?
Tap record, speak naturally about what happened. Our AI (Whisper) transcribes it automatically, then processes it through our analysis pipeline. You can review and edit before saving.

What's included in the Free plan?
Free includes 10 entries per month, AI analysis, basic PDF export, and email support. Perfect for testing if EchoLog works for your needs.
What's the difference between Pro and Forensic?
Pro ($29/mo) adds unlimited entries, voice recording, and pattern detection. Forensic ($99/mo) adds the Witness System, Chain of Custody hashing, and court-ready certified exports.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from Settings. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period, and you can always export your data.

What is Camouflage Mode?
Camouflage Mode changes the app's appearance to look like a generic notes app. Useful if someone might see your screen.
Can the other party access my entries?
No. Your entries are private and encrypted. Only you control who sees your documentation. We never share data with third parties.
